There are different weights of paper necessary to achieve the best type of printing method whether it's manufactured or handmade paper. Each batch of PRESSED paper is made specifically for its end use. It comes in a variety of weights to meet your needs and all have lovely deckle edges. Below are my recommended uses for the weights I offer.

Each sheet is unique to itself, no two will ever be exactly the same. They all are perfectly imperfect and for this reason batch colors and sheet size may vary slightly. We highly recommend ordering all your paper for your project at the same time to make sure the colors are as uniform as possible.

Deckle edges vary from piece to piece and may need to be trimmed to fit manufactured envelopes. Most often my paper fits nicely in them, but I do not guarantee it will because there are just too many out there to accommodate. To trim my handmade paper, first crease it to the desired size, wet the edge to be trimmed, and then pull straight out in a horizontal fashion. Do not try to tear it like manufactured paper.

Ordering a sample pack is the best way to view PRESSED paper colors. I try very hard to be consistent with colors, but please note they may be lighter or darker from batch to batch. Pulp batches are mixed for each custom order so that colors will be as uniform as possible.

Available sizes are shown in inches below - sizes are estimates due to the nature of handmade paper and deckle edges.
