SHIPPING

When will my order arrive?

Orders ship approximately 3-4 weeks after the order has been placed.  Add an additional week if your order includes any printing. Changes in shipping times will be posted in the Announcement Bar found at the top of our Home page.

 

Do you do rush orders?

Yes, one and two - week rush orders are available.  Please select our Hurry Please option and add to your cart when checking out.  The rush fees vary depending on the time frame and amount of paper needed.

 

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes, pick up is available for local clients.  This shipping option is available at check out.

 

Who do you use for shipping?

We currently use USPS for small orders and FedEx for the larger ones and rush orders. If the shipping rate is more then what you paid with your order, you will be invoiced separately for the difference.

 


PAPER

Can I change my paper size or colors after I’ve ordered?

If you need to make a change, please do so within the first 24 hours.

 

Do you make all of the paper?

Yes!  All of our paper is made, to size, in our Texas studio.

 

Can I request a custom color?

Yes, we can create a custom color for you.  We use Pantone colors and recommend selecting from their chart.  We will match as closely as possible to the color selected.  The custom color fee is $20.

 

Can I request a custom size?

Yes, we can create custom size for sheets of papers (excluding specialty papers such as our Textures).  Envelopes are currently, only offered in the sizes listed on our website.  The custom size fee is $20.

 

Does your paper bleed?

Our paper is created with calligraphers and stationers in mind.  We pride ourselves in creating canvases that are easy to work with.  We cannot guarantee bleeding won’t occur, however, we have not experienced this issue ourselves. 

 

Is your paper easy to write on with a nib?

Our paper is created with calligraphers and stationers in mind.  We pride ourselves in creating canvases that are easy to work with.  Our clients have expressed great happiness with the ease they experience using nibs on our sheets.

 

Do you sell samples?

Yes, we offer samples of our different colors.  Please see the sample pack in The Paper Shop.

 

Do you glue your envelope edges or do they come open?

We glue our envelope edges but do not offer gumming for the fold. If you prefer no glue on your envelopes at all, please leave a note in the special requests box upon checkout.

 

Can I choose specific pantone colors for paper?

Yes, we use Pantone colors in all of our coloring.  Please send us your desired color and we will match as closely as possible.

 

Does your paper fit into manufactured envelopes like Cards & Pockets?

Our papers are standard stationery sizes, however they do have deckled edges which make them slightly larger sometimes. Manufactured envelopes should work fine, but we do not guarantee this. 


PRINT

Do you offer digital printing, foil printing, and/or letterpress?

Yes!  Please see The Print Shop on our website for more detailed information and to request a quote for your project. 

 

Can I print digitally on your paper?

Yes, but it can be difficult printing on handmade paper. We offer these services as well, please see The Print Shop on our website for details.

 

What details do you need for a print job?

Please provide us with your desired paper color, paper size, paper quantities, and print ready files for an accurate proposal. 

 

Can you print a styled shoot package for me?

Yes, please complete a form submission on our Contact page to request a quote.

 

Do you have minimum orders for your printing services?

No, but if we are printing less then 50 of any one design, you will be responsible for the letterpress/foil plate cost. Otherwise, the cost of the plates are built in for orders over 50.

 

Can you do double sided printing and letterpress?

Yes, please see The Print Shop for more detailed information on our printing services and to request a quote.  Printing is priced per run through the printer so a double sided project would be charged for both sides. We only letterpress print both sides on our heavy weight paper.

 

Can I send you my own paper for letterpress?

Yes, you are welcome to provide your own paper for letterpress jobs.  We will provide you with the amount required for your project.

 

Do you only print on your own handmade paper?

Digital printing is only offered on our handmade paper or Cranes Lettra.  Letterpress and foil press is available on our handmade paper, Cranes Lettra and handmade paper you provide for us. However, you must send extra for print alignment and mishaps.  Please visit The Print Shop to request a quote for your project.

 

Can I choose specific pantone colors for printing?

OTHER SERVICES       

Can you give me a quote for paper and printing?

Absolutely!  Please complete a form submission on our Contact page to begin the proposal process.

 

Can I purchase a Seasonal Box that has already been in production?

Seasonal boxes are only available for purchase during their given season. Order deadlines for each box are listed on our website as well as on social media.  Orders for each season’s box must be placed prior to that season’s ship date.

 

Can I choose more then one color of paper for my styled shoot package?

Yes, please indicate which color you would like for each piece in the comments section that appears at checkout.

 

Can you cut straight edges for me on your handmade paper?

Yes, please complete a form submission on our Contact page for a quote.

 

Do you do edge painting?

This is a service we hope to offer in the near future.  Please keep your eyes pealed for the announcement of this service.

 

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Since our paper is made with stationers, designers, and calligraphers in mind, wholesale pricing is already included in our bulk options.  

 

Can I be a stockiest for your handmade paper?

Yes, please complete a form submission on our Contact page.

 

Do you offer classes on papermaking and letterpress?

We are excited to offer our paper making course in the near future.  Please join our email list to be notified when these courses are available.  You can sign up for our email on our website.

 

I love your designs, would you design my wedding suite or logo for me?

We are adding designers to our team so we can offer these services to you. Our goal is to make PRESSED paper + print a convenient place for you to shop and to provide you top notch paper, print and design services.
